Flip up part in feed conveyor

Before the shear the feed conveyor can be equipped with a flip up part allowing the operator to pass.

Row of hooks

To load new bars during the cutting cycle a pneumatic operated row of hooks can be provided between the shake out racks and the entry conveyor.

Several logistics

The Flexbar-DAE can be configured with several logistic options to transport and storage bars.

DBS3 Double bending line

The Flexbar-DAE is suitable for logistic connection with the DBS3 double bender. Bars from the shearline can be moved to a rebar (double) bender without usage of a crane.
